RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not absolutely obsessed with your purchase, no need to worry!
We allow our merchandise to be returned for store credit only.
Please note that all accessories, vintage items and sale items are FINAL SALE.
All returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of your order delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item(s), unfortunately you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Meaning unworn, unwashed, no makeup or deodorant stains, no perfume scent and no pet hair. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. If we receive the item used or not in the same condition as when you received it, your return will be rejected and you will not be issued any store credit.
To request a return, please click here. First, select the order number associated with your request. If your order has more than one item, you will be able to specify which item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 1-2 business days and provide you with a pre-paid return label.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. A total of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund amount for a shipping / restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee the availability of item(s). However, you can always request a return and use your store credit to place a new order for the item you wish for instead. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us and we will happily assist you in exchanging it for the same item if it is still available.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We do not issue refunds.
