Refund Policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not absolutely obsessed with your purchase, no need to worry!

We allow our merchandise to be returned for store credit only.

Please note that all accessories and sale items are FINAL SALE.

All returns and exchanges must be requested within 21 days of your order date. If 21 days have gone by since you ordered your item(s), unfortunately you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Meaning unworn, unwashed, no makeup or deodorant stains, no perfume scent and no pet hair. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. If we receive the item used or not in the same condition as when you received it, your return will be rejected and you will not be issued any store credit.

To request a return, please email us at info@shopdustedrose.com and include your order number with the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond within 1-2 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us and we will happily assist you in exchanging it for the same item. If you would like to exchange an item because the size you ordered doesn’t fit properly, simply place a new order online and send the original back by requesting a return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We do not issue refunds.
